Today early in the morning, the enemy of our religion and land led by American, specifically by their spy agency, the CIA, resorted to a duplicitous attempt to create confusion and uncertainty for our country men, though for a short period of time. Thus they tried to set their sagging hearts at rest by posting misleading news-tickers.

Yesterday, late at night, the enemy hackers succeeded to hack the official website of the Islamic Emirate i.e.alemara1.com by launching a systematic campaign against the site. They posted a fake announcement on it in Pashto, English and Arabic languages about the demise of the leader of the Islamic Emirate, the esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen, Mullah Mohammad Omar Mujahid (May Allah protect him). Similarly, they sent the baseless announcement to some national and international media outlets by using the e-mail addresses – This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it –- the e-mail addresses of the two spokesmen of the Islamic Emirate. Furthermore they sent short messages to some journalists and media representatives via mobile phones SIM cards of the spokesmen of the Islamic Emirate, operating under Roshan and Afghan Wireless mobile companies. This fraudulent attempt was made late at night, using different conduits while at that time, mobiles phones of the spokesmen of the Islamic Emirate are usually powered off. By doing so, the enemy intended to spread a futile rumor through the media.

First of all, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan strongly refutes the baseless rumor which has been disseminated by the enemy. Meanwhile, reassures the Islamic Ummah and our oppressed nation that praise be to Allah, the Almighty, the Amir-ul-Momineen is alive and nothing has happened to him. As to the coward attempt of the enemy, we would like to say that they have already resorted to such acts, creating problems and hurdles for the web site of the Islamic Emirate time and again. As such, they have posted concocted and sham articles on the site.

The enemy has been trying to suffocate the voice of the legitimate Jihad of the Afghan people by shutting down the website of the Islamic Emirate. We praise the Almighty Allah, that until now, all attempts of the enemy have been aborted. The colleagues working at the website of the Islamic Emirate have foiled all efforts of the enemy. When the enemy hackers managed to take control of the website, our technical managers at the website, promptly retrieved from them control of the website. However, posting at the site is suspended right now but it will soon be resumed, if God willing.

We would like to say that in the world of technology, such pernicious attempts and fraudulent activities are not unusual things. Attempts to tamper with twitter account of the President of USA and some other hacking attempts against various websites have been noticed at world level. Surely, they will repeat in future. But this incident was unusual in that, that the attempt had been made by a known party and still more at the level of a government. So it was a shameful and unusual action.

By resorting to this diabolic act, the coward enemy who claim to be protectors of the freedom of speech and human rights proved that they do not believe in international norms and principles; nor they respect them. Contrarily, they trespass on the premises of the global internet network companies as well as on the perimeters of other mobile phone companies for the advancement of their political and propagandistic objectives and are intent on misusing them.

We urge the Afghan Wireless and Roshan Mobile Phone companies, including www.yahoo.com and www,google.com not to remain indifferent to the illegitimate meddling and devilish action of the enemy. They should raise their voice of protest that why their premises was violated and their services were misused. In addition to this, those journalist who were misled by the phony announcement, should take it seriously. In fact, it was tantamount to playing with their profession. By resorting to the duplicitous attempt, the enemy harmed the credibility of the journalists and the media outlets at national and international level. Media outlets should register their protest.

To end, we would like to say that by committing this coward act, the enemy proved that how exceedingly they are facing failure and despondency in Afghanistan. We openly assert that the Western invaders are facing an obvious defeat in Afghanistan. They are currently relying on these hypes in order to give morale to their war weary troops and to the powerless mercenaries.
